研究了不同掺量及长度的玄武岩纤维对碱矿渣水泥砂浆性能的影响。研究表明,6mm玄武岩纤维掺量为0.04%时,纤维可以改善砂浆的流动度,掺量为0.04%~0.2%时,随着纤维掺量的增加,砂浆的流动度降低。当掺入6 mm玄武岩纤维,掺量为0.07%时,砂浆的28 d抗压强度提高了7.1%,掺量为0.2%时,砂浆的28 d抗折强度增加了29%,砂浆的折压比提高了39%。当掺入12 mm玄武岩纤维,掺量为0.2%时,砂浆的28 d抗压、抗折强度分别提高了6.0%和34%,且其折压比提高了28%。因此,适当长径比、掺量的玄武岩纤维能改善碱矿渣水泥砂浆的工作性,提高其力学性能,并有效地改善砂浆的韧性。
It studied the effect of basalt fibers under different length and different admixture amount on the properties of alkali-activated slag cement mortar.It shows that when the length of basalt fibers is 6 mm and the admixture amount is 0.04%, the fluidity of the alkali-activated slag cement mortar was increased.When the admixture amount is 0.04%~0.2%,as the admixture amount increases, the fluidity of the alkali-activated slag cement mortar decreases.When the admixture amount of the 6mm basalt fibers is 0.07%, the 28 d compressive strength of the mortar increases by 7.1%.When the admixture amount of the 6 mm basalt fibers is 0.2%, the 28 d flexural strength increases by 29%and the ratio of flexural and compressive strength increases by 39%.When the length of the basalt fibers is 12 mm and the admixture amount is 0.2%, the 28 d compressive strength and flexural strength increase by 6%and 34%respectively and the28 d ratio of flexural and compressive strength also increases by 28%.Therefore, the proper ratio of length to diameter and the volume of basalt fiber can improve workability and mechanical properties of alkali slag cement mortar,and the basalt fiber can also ameliorate the toughness of the mortar effectively.
