针对国内数控机床精度保持性差、性能不够稳定的问题,提出了加工一致性控制的概念,首先对加工一致性进行定义及阐述,并介绍了加工过程工序能力分析与加工过程不一致性的识别过程。接着,文章针对影响加工一致性的几何精度及表面完整性进行分析,并阐述对其进行控制的方法与手段。然后,针对一致性的影响因素5M1E进行分析,提出加工过程一致性影响因素的控制措施。最后,用实例对加工过程工序能力分析和一致性影响因素控制图进行了说明。
Aiming at the problems such as poor accuracyretentivity and inconsistent performance in the domestic machine tools, puts forward the concept of machining consistency control and gives a definition and description of the machining consistency. Besides, the machining process ability analysis and the identification process of machining process inconsistency are introduced. The article analyzs geometric precision and the surface integrity influence the machining consistency and the control methods are introduced. In addition, conducts the consistency influence factor analysis. And the control measures for the machining consistency influence factors are proposed to analyze and conclude 5M1E factors. Finally, focusing on the examples, the machining process ability analysis and the analysis control system for consistency influenqe factors are verified.
