以聚乙烯毗咯烷酮(PVP)为保护剂,在甲醇-水中还原H2PdCl4·nH2O,制备了高分子稳定的钯胶体(PVP-Pd)。研究了在303K,0.1MPa氢压下,用PVP-Pd催化邻氯硝基苯(o-CNB)的氢化反应。结果表明,粒径小(4.7nm),分布均匀的PVP-Pd对o-CNB氢化反应具有良好的催化活性[0.923mol H2·(mol Pd·s)^-1]。
Poly (N-vinyl-2-pyrrolidone) -stabilized palladium colloids (PVP-Pd) were prepared by reducing H2PdCl4 · nH2O in methanol-water. The selective hydrogenation of o-chloronitrobenzene was carried out at 303 K under 0.1 MPa of hydrogen using PVP-Pd as a catalyst. The results showed that catalytic properties of PVP-Pd were dependent upon particle size and size distribution of PVP-Pd. The activity of PVP-Pd colloid with smaller size(4.7 nm) and narrow size distribution reached 0. 923 mol H2· (mol Pd·s)^-1
