采用流固耦合方法对压力补偿滴头水力特性进行了数值模拟,得到了该滴头的压力流量关系、内流场分布及膜片变形量。通过与试验实测结果的对比分析表明,数值模拟与实测的滴头压力流量关系较接近,为研究压力补偿滴头内流场分布与水力特性之间的关系提供了一种新途径。
The hydraulic characteristics research of the pressure compensating emitters which have the advantages of flow uniformly,anti-clogging strongly has mostly by the experiment,but less on the flow field.Considering the effect of fluid-structural interaction,Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD) modeling of flow of the pressure compensating emitters is studied in this paper.Pressure and flux characteristic of pressure compensating emitter,the flow field distribution and elastic diaphragm deformation were obtained by simulation.And the results indicate that the study on the pressure compensating emitters hydraulic characteristics using the CFD simulation method based on fluid-structure interaction is reliable.Therefore,it provides a new method for development of new pressure compensating emitters.
