Arranging regulations of funeral objects were formed at latest in the Neolithic Age. It continued to play a certain restraining role in the Spring-and-Autumn Period. Researches on such regulations for the Eastern Zhou Period tombs in the Haidai Region reveal that the importance of the then grave-goods in tombs was changed as time went on.
