2015年1月至8月,我国社会消费品零售总额增速基本稳定在10%以上。其中,农村社会消费品零售总额增速继续反超城镇;餐饮、信息、文化产业相关商品消费增幅显著;汽车销售和石油及制品类消费增速都显著回落;居民消费意愿及对当前和未来消费形势不太乐观。未来一段时间,经济下行将对消费者购买力有所影响;信息、文化以及高档商品消费等有望持续较高增长;消费者满意指数和房地产销售趋势向好。政府可以通过提高中低收入群体的收入水平,扶持服务业的发展,引导海外消费回流;通过扶持绿色消费、网络消费,严格监管消费环境等方式使居民消费方式更加合理、健康。
In January to August 2015, the growth rate of total retail sales of consumer goods is gradually steady at above 10%. Compared to urban, rural still has a much higher growth rate. There existed huge increases in the industry of catering, information and culture, but automobile consumption and the growth rate of consumption of oil and its products all met decreases. Also, residents' consumption desire and their expectation on situation of current and future consumption are not optimistic. In the next phase, the economic downturn will affect consumer purchasing power to a certain extent, the consumption of information, culture and high-grade goods are expected to have higher growth, and Customer Satisfaction Index and real estate sales will trend good. To make the consumption healthier and more reasonable, the government should raise the income of middle-low-income groups, support the development of service industry, guide consumption abroad circumfluence, support green consumption and network consumption, and tightly regulate consumption environment and so forth.
