通过改变树脂合成时甲醛与尿素总摩尔比,加成阶段、缩聚阶段摩尔比等手段,研究总摩尔比、分部摩尔比,第三阶段尿素加入量对胶黏剂性能的影响。实验结果表明,总摩尔比、分部摩尔比以及第三批尿素的加入量对胶黏剂的性能含量均有一定影响,尤其对游离甲醛含量影响最大。本实验在总摩尔比选定为1.3。加成阶段摩尔比为2.3:1,缩聚阶段摩尔比为1.6:1时,合成的脲醛树脂胶黏剂游离甲醛含量为0.228%,甲醛释放量达到欧洲E2级标准,且合成工艺简单易行。
By changing the total mole ratio of formaldehyde and urea and the partial molar ratios during the addition polymerization and polyeondensation stage, the influence of the total and partial molar ratios and the addition amount during the third stage on the ad- hesive's properties were studied in this paper. The results show that the total and partial molar ratios and the addition amount during the third stage influenced the adhesive's properties, especially on the free formaldehyde content. In this paper, the total molar ratio of 1.3, the molar ratio of 2.3 : 1 on the addition polymerization stage, the molar ratio of 1.6 : 1 on the polycondensation stage were selected. The free formaldehyde content is O. 228% for the Urea- formaldehyde resin; formaldehyde emission reached European E2 -class stand- ards: and it is easy to synthesis.
