考虑刀具和工件的动态特性,建立了二维铣削加工过程的动力学模型,在此基础上,推导了稳定性叶瓣图绘制的公式。通过仿真,分析了模态参数对稳定性叶瓣图形状的影响。结果表明:刚度和阻尼率影响叶瓣图的纵向形状,固有频率影响叶瓣图的横向形状,叶瓣图的主要形状由动刚度最小的模态决定。
.Considering the dynamic characterisucs both oI tool ana worKpmce a twu milling dynamics model was built. On the basis of that, a method to drow the stability lobe diagram was derived. The effect of model parameters on the shap of stability lobe diagram was analyzed by simulation. Stiffness and damping ratio affect the longiludinal shape of lobe diagram. Natural fre- quency affects the transverse shape of lobe diagram. Dynamic stiffness determines the primary shape of lobe diagram.
