U肋加劲板在加工制造过程中不可避免的会产生初始几何缺陷,根据对结构受力时破坏形态影响的不同,初始几何缺陷可以分为整体和局部两种缺陷。通过塞尺试验对U肋加劲板的初始几何缺陷进行测量,运用最小二乘法进行数据处理,得到理想板平面,然后运用统计学的方法,得到钢桥面板整体几何缺陷和局部几何缺陷的幅值。研究表明:在整体和局部几何缺陷的分布中,试件大部分接近沿纵向或横向的正弦曲线的半波或整波的形式分布,建议整体和局部几何缺陷的幅值分别取构件长的1/750和板宽的1/180.
In the manufacturing process of U-rib Stiffened Plate, producing of the initial geometrical imperfection is inevitable. According to the different analysis objects, the initial geometric imperfections are divided into global and local imperfections. In this article, using feeler test of U-rib Stiffened Plate measures initial geometrical imperfection. By using the least squares method analysis the experimental data and get the ideal flat of plate. Then we can obtain the distribution and size of the local geometry imperfections and the global geometry imperfections of steel deck though statistical methods. The results show that the style of distribution of most specimens is sinusoidal half-wave or sinusoidal wave which is along with along with longitudinal or transverse in the distribution of global and local defects. The maximum value of the overall imperfection and local imperfection is 1/750 of length of the plate and 1/180 of width of the plate, respectively.
