为实现对筋板焊接件蠕变时效成形规律的有效预测和描述,基于高温电子蠕变拉伸实验,构建了2A12铝合金的蠕变本构关系,进而基于ABAQUS有限元分析平台,建立了筋板件蠕变时效成形分析方案和流程,试验验证了该分析方案的可行性。筋板件时效成形过程数值模拟结果显示,蠕变时效时间越长、加载压力越大、筋条高度越高、板材厚度越厚,筋板件的成形效果越好;模具半径和筋条宽度越大,筋板的成形效果越差。
In order to effectively predict and describe the deformation behaviors in the process of creep age forming of the welded rib-web panels,the constitutive model for creep forming of the 2A12 aluminum alloy is established on the basis of the experimental data from creep tensile tests,and then an ABAQUS-based creep age forming numerical scheme is proposed and its feasibility is verified by experiments.The numerical results from creep age forming of the welded rib-web panels show that a better forming quality can be obtained with the increase of the creep time,the loading pressure,the rib height and the blank thickness,while there is insufficient deformation quality with the increase of the die radius and the rib width.
