用HNO3溶液对木材进行前期处理,使其破坏木纤维细胞壁S3层;然后用CO(NH2)2溶液和ZnCl2溶液分别润涨木材,使木纤维细胞壁向内润涨。采用正交试验设计,选择最优化工艺条件。结果表明,最优工艺条件为:硝酸质量分数10%,加热温度100℃,加热时间20min,采用尿素饱和溶液润涨。3个因素中,硝酸质量分数对试验结果的影响显著。处理后的试材在微观上细胞壁厚度有了明显的增加,细胞腔变小;在宏观上体积尺寸也有所增加,木纤维细胞壁厚度增长率最大可达77.53%。
Process wood with HNO3 solution in advance to damage the S3 layer of wood fiber cell wall, and then swell wood with CO(NH2)2 solution and ZnCl2 solution separately to make the wood fiber cell wall swell inward. The optimal technical conditions were obtained by orthogonal test as concentration of HNO3 solution 10%, heating temperature 100 degrees C, heating time 20 minutes by swelling wood with saturated solution of urea and using CO( NH2 ) 2 saturated solution as bulking dissolvent. The concentration of HNO3 solution was the most significant factor. The cell wall of the presulfided test material was thickened obviously, and the fibre lumen was decrescent. The macro-size of the wood was increased, and the increasing rate of wood cell wall thickness could reach 77.53%.
