目前许多行业中的工艺过程需要在常温条件下进行精脱硫,开发常温ZnO高效脱硫剂具有现实意义。纳米ZnO从结构上满足了在常温条件下提高ZnO硫容的备件。本文介绍了多种制备纳米ZnO脱硫剂的方法及其研究进展。从产品质量、操作备件、经济成本、工业实现程度等几个方面,对这些方法进行了综合比较后认为:直接沉淀法是一种比较理想的制备纳米ZnO脱硫剂的方法,制备的纳米ZnO脱硫剂具有良好的脱硫效果和工业应用前景。
Fine desulfuration at ambient temperature is needed in the technics of many industries at present, so the development of ZnO highly effective desulfurizer used at the ambient temperature is significant in realization. The structure of nanometer ZnO meets the need of improving the sulfur capacity of ZnO at ambient temperature. In the paper, multiform methods and development in the preparation of nanometer ZnO are introduced. Comparing these methods synthetically in product quality, operation conditions, economic cost and applicable extent in industry and etc. , the direct precipitation is considered as an ideal method in the preparation of nanometer ZnO desulfurizer, which prepared is effective in desulfuration and promising in industrial aoolication.
