英文摘要：

Aluminum foam and its composite materials have a wide range of applications because of its advanta-ges of light weight, high specific strength, high specific stiffness and function design in the field of light protection. In order to investigate the damage mechanism and protective performance of sandwich material with aluminum foam core under the loading of explosion and penetration comprehensively, the preparation and application of aluminum foam material were summarized, as well as the anti-explosion and anti-penetration performance in theoretical, ex-perimental and numerical research. The influence of structure, plate material and combination on damage mecha-nism and protective performance were studied. The deficiency existing in current research work was pointed out combined with practical application, and some further research work was proposed.
