为探讨移动电磁场对冶金反应速度的影响作用,对电磁搅拌下的铁水预处理脱硫过程进行了实验研究。将CaO-CaF2脱硫剂加至铁水的自由表面或用载气带人铁水内部,并采用不同的搅拌方式和强度进行了电磁搅拌下的实验,得到了铁水中硫含量随时间的变化曲线。研究发现电磁搅拌可以改变渣金界面状态及边界层厚度从而提高铁水脱硫速度,并得到了不同搅拌强度和不同搅拌方式下铁水中硫的容量传质系数。最后提出了一种环保和易操作的电磁搅拌下铁水预处理脱硫工艺。
In order to study the effect of traveling electromagnetic field on the rate of metallurgical reaction, the desulphurization process without imposition of electromagnetic stirring or with imposition of electromagnetic stirring which has different stirring intensities and stirring types was investigated experimentally. CaO-CaF2 desulfurizer was charged on the free surface or in the interior of hot metal with carrier gas in the experiments. The desulphurization experiments were conducted with and without the imposition of electromagnetic stirring. The experiments under different stirring intensities and stirring types were conducted. The changes of the sulfur content of hot metal with respect to time were obtained, and then the volume mass transfer coefficients of sulfur under different stirring intensities and stirring types were determined. The effect of electromagnetic stirring on the desulphurization rate was also discussed. The study showed that the electromagnetic stirring could increase the desulphurization rate of hot metal by changing the flow rate of metal, the interface state of hot metal and slag and the boundary layer thickness. A new environmental friendly desulphurization process by using electromagnetic stirring was proposed finally.
