对包钢瓦斯灰进行了工艺矿物学分析,并进行了弱磁选—高梯度强磁选和磁化焙烧—弱磁选工艺试验研究。结果表明,弱磁选—强磁选试验能回收大部分铁矿物,并且使铁矿物与碳、锌等矿物得到有效的分离,铁精矿的品位达到55.42%,回收率79.48%;另外在磁化焙烧—弱磁选最佳试验条件下能获得铁精矿品位60.70%,回收率达到70%以上。
The process mineralogy characteristics of blast furnace gas ash from Baogang have been studied,and the tests of low intensity and high intensity magnetic separation,the magnetizing roasting and magnetic separation were carried out.The results showed that the process of low intensity and high intensity magnetic separation can recover most of the iron minerals from blast furnace gas ash,and realize an effective separation of iron minerals and C,Zn materials.The obtained iron concentrate reached a grade of over 55.42% with a recovery of 79.48%.In addition,the iron concentrate of 60.70% in grade and over 70% in recovery is obtained under the optimal conditions of the process of magnetizing roasting and low intensity magnetic separation.
