①目的观察剌五加叶片的亚显微结构,以期进一步探讨亚显微结构与刺五加苷含量的关系。②方法以3年生野生刺五加叶为材料,采用超簿切片技术制备样品,井于透射电子显微镜下观察细胞结构:③结果刺五加叶肉细胞中叶绿体、液泡、线粒体、细胞核等细胞器结构完整,清晰,刺五加叶片的超薄切片可有效地用于亚显微结构的观察。④结论试验中观察到清晰的剃五加叶片亚显微结构,为深入研究细胞的组织结构和刺五加的鉴别提供了新依据。
Objective To observe the submicroscopic struture of eleutherococcus senticosus leaves. Methods By using technique of ultrathin slicing, the sample of wild eleutherococcus senticosus leaves of three years was prepared and the structure of eleutheroeoccus senticosus cell was obset'ved by using transmission electron microscope. Results The results showed that chloroplast,vacuole,mitochondria, nucleus and other organelle structure in eleutherococcus sentieosus mesophyll cells tue all complete and clear. Leaves of eleutherococcus senticosus ultrathin slices can be effectively used to the structure of sub - microscopic observation. Conclusion Leaves submicroscopic structure of eleutherocoecus scnticosus was clearly observed, and provides a new basis for identification of eleutberococcus sentieosus.
