数控弯管工艺过程复杂,对数控弯管工艺数据进行有效管理,是实现数控弯管精确成形数字化和工艺规划自动化的重要基础。本文对数控弯管工艺数据管理系统进行了研究,通过总结数控弯管工艺的理论研究、模拟研究和实验研究结果,提炼出了影响数控弯管成形的重要参数,建立了数控弯管工艺数据库的数据模型,在SQL Server2000中建立了数控弯管工艺数据库,基于该数据库运用面向对象的C#语言,以Visual Studio.NET作为前台开发环境开发了数控弯管工艺数据管理系统。该系统可以通过访问数控弯管工艺数据库实现对数控弯管工艺过程各参数数据的可视化管理,同时可以初步实现知识推理得到缺陷产生的原因及采取对策,以及通过对数据库的搜索实现工艺参数的优化。
The NC tube bending process is complicated, and the efficient management of its data forms an important foundation for achieving its precise formation digitization and process planning automation. Through comparing the results of the process' theoretical study, simulative study and experimeatal study, the paper abstracted the important parameters that affect the NC tube bending formation, constructed the data model of the bending process database by applying SQL Server 2000. Based on the C# Language which was used in the database and is object-oriented, the paper developed the above-mentioned data management system in the development environment of Visual Studio. NET as the front platform. Through visiting the process database, the system can accomplish the visualized management of every parametric data in the NC tube bending process. Meanwhile, the causes for defects and their countermeasures were obtained through preliminary knowledge inference, and the process parameters were optimized by the search of the database.
