及时准确地探明石门揭煤区域煤层地质条件,对防治煤与瓦斯突出、保障煤矿安全生产具有重要意义。以石门揭煤区域煤层瓦斯抽采常规方案为模型,提出了利用瓦斯抽采钻孔探查目标煤层地质条件的基本原理和具体步骤:采用解析几何方法计算钻孔控制煤层底板(顶板)点三维坐标、煤层厚度和掘进工作面距煤层任意垂距时巷道掘进量,运用Matlab软件绘制煤层底板(顶板)等高线图、煤层等厚线图和石门揭煤三维地质模型,进而直观且定量地预测煤层产状、地质构造、煤层厚度等地质条件。阐述了基于瓦斯抽采钻孔的石门揭煤区域地质精查的基本流程:根据已知矿井地质资料对煤层地质条件做出预判,边探边掘,利用瓦斯抽采钻孔数据和Matlab绘图软件实现目标煤层地质条件的定量预测。实践证明该方法具有可行性和有效性。
In view of the limitations of the current geo-exploration methods, this paper aims to bring forward a renovated approach based on the gas drainage boring hole in rock cross-cut coal uncovering, which is of great significance to prevent the coal and gas outburst and ensure the safety in coal production. For the time being, we have been taking the regular project draining coal seam gas in rock cross- cut coal uncovering as a model--one of the current regional innovative projects for preventing and controlling coal-gas outbursts in Chi- na' coal mining industry in-situ. For our research purpose, we would like first of all to expound both the basic principles and the detailed steps of the approach on the basis of the said model. In doing so, we have applied the analytic geometry theory and worked out the threedimensional coordinates and the coal seam thickness of all the points of intersection between the gas drainage boring-hole and the coal floor and the coal roof, with the distance given between the work-face and the coal seam. In addition, we have adopted Matlab software in combination with the parameters of the gas drainage boreholes in order to draw up the contour map of the coal floor and the detailed isothickness map of the coal seam. What is more, we have prepared a three dimensional geological model for the rock cross-cut coal uncovering, too, with the help of which we have been trying to make an accurate and quantitative assessment of the coal seam geo-conditions, such as the origin, the geological structural features and the thickness of the coal seams. And, finally, we have given a discussion of the basic working circle in the paper for the geological exploration based on the gas drainage boreholes in the exploitation coal area, including the esfimation of the geological conditions based on the already known data and information; and then positioning work has been done to locate the target coal seams and to ascertain the geological conditions of the coal seam v/a the gas drainage boreholes.
