Regional technology convergence is the necessary conditions of economic convergence. Horizontal and vertical technology distance will be considered in the studying of technology convergence. By literature review in technology distance, knowledge spillover and economic convergence, this paper provides a relation matrix between technology distance and knowledge spillover, and an empirical analysis framework from technological convergence to economic convergence.
