Using pulses can realize dispersion compensation, this scheme focuses on the unchanged spectrum of the Fourier transform -limited pulse after transmission, and at the output converts the unchanged spectrum to the time domain waveform using OFT, the transformed waveform in the time domain has no distortion. Then analyses the third -order dispersion compensation using this technique, the numerical simulation results agree well with the theory.
