新型城镇化是解决“三农”问题的重要途径，乡村旅游是推进新型城镇化进程的重要切入点，文章通过整理新型城镇化、乡村旅游可持续发展等研究进展，结合河南在新型城镇化进程中乡村旅游发展的特征及存在的问题，提出河南乡村旅游可持续发展需要立足于新型城镇化建设背景，通过打造旅游小城镇、树立全域旅游新理念、保证乡村社区主导开发、保护乡村文化属性、开发特色旅游产品、发展智慧旅游乡村、加强民宿建设等促进河南乡村旅游可持续发展。
英文摘要：
New urbanization is an important way to solve the issues in rural areas, rural tourism is an important way to promote the new urbanization. This paper analyzes the study of new urbanization and sustainable development of rural tourism, then according to problems in the development of Henan rural tourism put forward that rural areas need to take some measures in order to promote the sustainable development of rural tourism in Henan.
