在开放式创新的背景下，技术创新模式逐渐趋于创新主体协同化和创新资源网络集成化，协同创新已成为一个热点研究领域。产学研协同创新作为一种重要的技术创新模式，更是被提到了国家的战略高度。科学、客观的评价产学研协同创新问题，可以更加有利于主体间协同工作更加协调高效的开展，可以有效整合协同主体问的创新资源，对完成创新的目标和效能具有重要的指导意义。在系统梳理了相关文献的基础上，重点探讨了产学研协同创新绩效评价和风险评价指标体系，并探析出目前高校产学研协同存在的问题，提出了构建高校产学研协同创新评价体系的对策及建议。

英文摘要：

In the context of open innovation, the synergy of innovative subjects and network integration of innovative resources are becoming a tendency in the technology innovation mode. Thereby, collaborative innovation has become a hot research field. As an important mode of technological innovation, collaborative innovation by industry-university-research has been referred to the strategic height of China. Scientific and objective evaluation of collaborative industry-university- research innovation can be more conducive to the coordinated and efficient development of cooperative work among subjects, and can effectively integrate innovation resources among collaborative subjects and guide the achievement of the goal and efficiency. On the basis of systematical review of literature, this paper mainly studies the index system of performance evaluation and risk evaluation of collaborative innovation of industry-university-research, analyzes problems in collaborative innovation of industry-university-research faced by today＇s universities, and puts forwards some suggestions to establish an evaluation system of collaborative innovation in this regard.
