平行肋扰流通道是高温透平叶片常用的冷却结构。本文通过批量(约1000次)的气热耦合数值计算对不同几何结构平行肋扰流冷却通道的流动与耦合传热特性进行研究。研究表明,方向角60°-70°的平行肋会造成较强的旋涡结构,流动阻力最大;倾斜扰流肋制造的侧向流动旋涡强度较大并覆盖了多数的肋间区域时,肋间区域综合冷却效率最高。
Rib-roughen cooling channels are widely used in turbine cooling. The flow and heat transferring characteristics of channels with various parallel rib-turbulators are investigated using about 1,000 conjugate heat transfer simulations. Parallel ribs with angle 60°-70° can generate strong vortex structure, resulting in large flow resistance. The best overall cooling performance of the channel can be achieved when the lateral-developing vortexes are strong and covering most of the surface between neighboring ribs.
