Based on the literature about innovation teams＇ performance and its influencing factors, construct the con- ceptual model of influencing factors of innovation teams ＇ performance; design the scale and conduct the statistic investiga- tion. Make an empirical research on the influencing factors of the innovation teams ＇ performance in the listed companies of Anhui province, and propose the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions conceming how to promote the innovation teams＇ performance based on the research conclusions.
