目的研究半夏乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯萃取部分,对其中的化学成分进行分离鉴定。方法采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱以及制备型高效液相色谱等手段进行分离纯化,通过理化性质和各种波谱技术对化合物进行结构鉴定。结果从半夏的乙酸乙酯萃取部分分离得到10个化合物,分别鉴定为环-(苯丙氨酸-酪氨酸)[cyclo-(Phe-Tyr),1]、环-(亮氨酸-酪氨酸)[cyclo-(Leu-Tyr),2]、尿嘧啶脱氧核苷(2′-deoxyuridine,3)、(+)异落叶松脂醇9-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷[(+)isolaricires-inol9-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,4]、(+)异落叶松脂醇[(+)isolariciresinol,5]、尿嘧啶(uracil,6)、没食子酸(gallic acid,7)、尿苷(uridine,8)、腺苷(adenosine,9)、环-(缬氨酸-酪氨酸)[cyclo-(Val-Tyr),10]。结论化合物1、3、4为首次从半夏属植物中分离得到,化合物2、7、10为首次从半夏中分离得到。
Objective To isolate and identify the chemical constituents of the ethyl acetate extract part of the bulk of Pinellia ternata(Thunb.)Breit.ethanol extract.Methods The compounds were isolated by silica gel column,Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and HPLC techniques.And these compounds were identified by analysis of their spectral data and chemical properties.Results Ten compounds were obtained and identified as cyclo(Phe-Tyr)(1),cyclo-(Leu-Tyr)(2),2′-deoxyuridine(3),isolariciresinol 9-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(4),isolariciresinol(5),uracil(6),gallic acid(7),uridine(8),adenosine(9)and cyclo-(Val-Tyr)(10).Conclusions Compounds 1,3,4 are all firstly isolated from the Pinellia genus.Compounds 2,7,10 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
