介绍了传统屏蔽转运容器的结构以及转运核废料的过程。针对传统屏蔽转运容器笨重且无法在新型厂房内进行起吊的缺点,提出铅层密闭结构与起吊承重结构相分离的设计思路,从而在保证屏蔽能力、强度和刚度的条件下,通过减重25%以上实现屏蔽转运容器的轻量化设计,并用有限元分析软件SolidWorksSimulmion对屏蔽转运容器进行强度刚度对比分析。
This paper introduces the structure of traditional shielded transshipment container and the process of transportation of nuclear waste material. For the disadvantage of shielded transshipment container such that it's bulky and cannot be lifted in the new workshop, this paper show us a new design idea of separation of confined structure and lifting the load-bearing structure of the lead layer, which is on the basis of guaranteeing shielding ability, strength and stiffness, achieve the goal of losing the weight more than 25%. And make a comparative analysis of shielded transshipment container strength stiffness by the finite element analysis software SolidWorks Simulation.
