目的观察电针夹脊穴治疗颈型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法将60例颈型颈椎病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。两组均予以颈椎功能锻炼作为基础治疗,治疗组采用电针夹脊穴治疗,对照组采用电脑中频治疗仪治疗,观察两组临床疗效及治疗前后颈椎病治疗成绩评分、目测类比疼痛评分及血浆β-内啡肽(β-EP)含量的变化。结果治疗组愈显率和总有效率分别为80.0%和100.0%,对照组分别为53.3%和93.3%,两组临床疗效比较差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。两组治疗后颈椎病治疗成绩评分、目测类比疼痛评分与同组治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P〈0.01,P〈0.05)。治疗组治疗后颈椎病治疗成绩评分、目测类比疼痛评分与对照组比较,均差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。两组治疗后血浆β-EP含量均明显升高(P〈0.01),治疗组治疗后血浆β-EP含量与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论电针夹脊穴是一种治疗颈型颈椎病的有效方法,其机制可能与提高血浆β-EP活性有关。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture at Huatuo jiaji points in treating cervical spondylosis. Methods Sixty patients with cervical spondylosis were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups, 30 cases each. Both groups were given cervical spinal functional training as basic treatment. The treatment group received electroacupuncture at Huatuo jiaji points and the control group, computerized medium frequency electrotherapy. In the two groups, the clinical therapeutic effect was evaluated, and the Cervical Vertebra Disease Therapeutic Effect Rating Scale score, the Visual Analogue Pain Scale score and the β-endorphin (β-EP) content of plasma were observed before and after treatment. Results The curative and markedly-effective rate and total effective rate were respectively 80.0% and 100.0% in the treatment group versus 53.3% and 93.3% in the control group; there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups (P〈0.05). There were statistically significant pre-/post-treatment differences in the Cervical Vertebra Disease Therapeutic Effect Rating Scale score, the Visual Analogue Pain Scale score in the two groups (P〈0.01, P〈0.05). There were statistically significant post-treatment differences in the Cervical Vertebra Disease Therapeutic Effect Rating Scale score, the Visual Analogue Pain Scale score between the treatment and control groups (P〈0.05). The β-EP content of plasma increased significantly in both groups after treatment (P〈 0.01). There was a statistically significant post-treatment difference in the β-EP content of plasma between the treatment and control groups (P〈0.01), Conclusion Electroacupuncture at Huatuo jiaji points is an effective way to treat cervical spondylosis. Its mechanism may be related to increasing plasma β-EP activity.
