作为低层钢结构住宅建筑的重要结构形式之一,冷弯薄壁型钢龙骨式复合墙体体系近年来在国外发展迅速。目前,国内市场上钢材主要为Q235,Q345,屈服强度550 MPa、厚度2 mm以下的超薄壁冷弯型钢龙骨式复合墙体结构体系,已有一定的应用,且市场前景广阔。由于这类薄壁型钢材料延性相对低,受力复杂,在国内进一步推广应用时整体结构的抗震性能将是关键性问题。对新型冷弯超薄壁型钢结构抗震性能相关问题进行了较全面的综述,分别总结了典型构件、连接节点、龙骨式复合墙体的抗震滞回性能,整体结构的抗震试验和有限元数值模拟等几个方面的研究成果,分析了本领域的研究现状及存在的问题。最后,结合我国现有的规范情况,对此类结构体系抗震性能研究领域中有待深入开展的问题提出了建议。
As one of the main structure forms of low-rise steel residential buildings, cold-formed thin-walled light-gauge steel composite wall structure system develops rapidly in foreign countries recently. At present, the steel in domestic market is mainly Q235 and Q345, super thin-walled cold-formed steel structure with material yield strength over 550 MPa and plate thickness below 2 mm also enters the market, the application prospect is broad. Due to low-ductility and complex stress state of high-strength steel, seismic performance of whole structure is the key issue in further promotion course in our nation. In this paper, the corresponding problems on seismic performance of this new high-strength cold-formed steel structure were generally summarized, the hysteretic behaviours of typical structure members, connection joints and light-gauge composite walls, the aseismic tests of overall structure, as well as numerical simulation technology were introduced, the status of current research and some problems in this domain were analysed. Finally, the future research trend on seismic performance of this new structure system was discussed combined with our national code.
