对不同尺寸、不同温度的黏弹性阻尼器滞回曲线的力和位移相似关系进行研究和推导,并得出黏弹性阻尼器储能刚度、耗能、等效阻尼等特征参数的相似关系。然后利用3种不同尺寸的黏弹性阻尼器,对试样VE40×40在不同温度下、试样VE100×100和VE400×400在不同应变下进行性能测试,验证上述相似准则的正确性。研究结果表明:基于此相似准则,只要通过试验获取黏弹性阻尼器中一种尺寸阻尼器的滞回曲线及其温度相关性,就可以容易地获得同种材料、其他各种尺寸阻尼器在不同温度下的滞回曲线及特征参数。提出的黏弹性阻尼器相似准则可以使此类阻尼器方便地应用于各类研究及工程设计中。
The similarity relations of force and deformation of hysteretic loops of VE dampers with various sizes at different temperatures were derived, and then those of characteristic parameters such as storage stiffness, energy dissipation and equivalent damping coefficient were obtained consequently. Three different sizes of VE dampers were involved in the validation tests of the similarity relations. Specimens VE40×40 were tested at various temperatures, and specimens VE400×400 and VE100×100 were tested under various strains to verify the proposed similarity relations. Based on the similarity relations, if the hysteretic loop and temperature dependency of one size of VE dampers are obtained through test, then hysteretic loops of different sizes of dampers can be derived easily. From the similarity relations, VE dampers can be conveniently used in related research and engineering design.
