以时间压力理论和技术接受模型为理论基础,从使能因素和抑能因素两个角度分析影响数字图书馆电子资源过量下载行为的因素,提出研究假设并构建理论模型。采用情境实验结合问卷访谈的规范的实证研究方法,以高校数字图书馆用户群体为研究对象获取研究数据。在418份有效问卷的数据基础上,采用结构方程模型的研究方法对数据进行分析。研究结果表明,时间压力对感知有用性有显著的使能作用,感知过度下载满意度对过量下载意愿有显著的使能作用,个人惩罚程度对感知有用性有显著的抑能作用,感知版权保护重要性对过量下载意愿有显著的抑能作用。

英文摘要：

Taking the theory of Time Pressure and Technology Acceptance Model as the theoretical basis,the paper analyzes the motivators and inhibitors which influence the behavior of users＇ excessive downloading of electronic resources,proposes the research hypothesis and builds the theoretical model. And then it uses situational experiment combined with questionnaire interview to get the research data from university library users,and makes an empirical research based on418 valid questionnaire. The author analyzes the data by means of SEM. The result shows that Time Pressure has significant motivating role of perceived usefulness,downloading satisfaction has significant motivating role of excessive downloading intention, individual punishment intensity has significant inhibitory impact on perceived usefulness,perceived importance of copyright protection have significant inhibitory influence on excessive downloading intention.
