为提高不确定环境下机械加工车间的节能减排能力,提出一种机械加工车间碳足迹监测与预警方法。考虑到机械加工车间碳足迹控制的时效性、动态性和不确定性,构建了基于贝叶斯估计的碳足迹控制图,并给出了碳足迹异常情况判定标准;研究了系统的硬件拓扑结构、系统数据模型和信息采集与融合等系统实现的关键技术,实现了不确定环境下机械加工车间碳足迹实时监测与动态预警。将该方法集成到某机械加工车间的制造执行系统中,验证了该方法的有效性和可行性。
To improve the energy saving and emission reduction capability of mechanical processing workshop under uncertainty, a carbon footprint monitoring and early-warning method for machine shop was proposed. By consider- ing timeliness, dynamic and uncertainty of carbon footprint control in machine shop, the control charts of carbon footprint based on Bayesian estimation was constructed, and the carbon footprint anomalies criteria was given. The key technologies of system implementation such as hardware topology, data model and multi-information acquisition and integration were researched, which achieved monitoring carbon footprint abnormal patterns and dynamic warn- ing in real time for machining shop under uncertainty. The proposed method was applied to the Manufacturing Exe- cution System (MES) system of a machining shop, and the effectiveness and feasibility were demonstrated.
