采用含羧基的芳香族合成鞣剂(SCS)与硫酸铝结合鞣制黄牛皮,以革收缩温度、耐水洗性和力学性能为评价参数,进行了鞣制工艺优化。结果表明:当SCS用量为8%,硫酸铝用量为1.5%时,黄牛皮的收缩温度可达84.3℃,耐水洗性良好,且具有优良的力学性能。此外,还进一步研究了水杨酸钠、酒石酸钠、柠檬酸钠等蒙囿剂对这类结合鞣法鞣制性能的影响。结果表明:三种蒙囿剂均可改善结合鞣革中Al3^+的分布,使其收缩温度和感官性能得到提升。以酒石酸钠为蒙囿剂时,结合鞣革中Al3^+分布最为均匀,其收缩温度可达93.0℃,力学性能、耐水洗性等综合性能最佳。
The combination tanning of cattle hide using carboxyl containing aromatic synthetic tanning agent (SCS) and aluminum sulfate was optimized by employing shrinkage temperature (Ts), water resistance and physical properties of leathers as evaluation parameters.The, results showed that Ts of leatherreached 84.3 ℃ whentanned by 8% SCS followed by 1.5% aluminum sulfate, where the satisfactory water resistance and physical properties were obtained. In addition, sodium salicylate, sodium tartrate and sodium citrate were used to investigate the influence of masking agents on this kind of combination tanning. It was indicated that all these masking agents was able topromotedistribution evenness of Al3^+ in leathers, and improve Ts and aesthetic feeling of leathers. The Ts of the combination tanned leather arrived 93.0 ℃ with most evendistribution of Al3^+ when sodium tartrate was used. Meamwhile, the best overall properties of the combination tanned leather were achieved.
