采用高效液相色谱法分析了苯酚氧化羰基化反应产物,确定了色谱条件:KromasilTM C18色谱柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),检测波长254 nm,流动相V(甲醇):V(水)=65:35,流速0.6 mL/min。对碳酸二苯酯(DPC)和苯酚进行了定量分析,DPC和苯酚的外标曲线相关系数分别为0.99966和0.99973,方法的标准偏差分别为2.9%和1.1%,回收率分别为93.8%~105.7%和99.3%~104.9%。方法适用于苯酚氧化羰基化反应体系的分析。
High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) was employed for analysis of products of oxidative carbonylation of phenol.The separation was conducted on a KromasilTM C18 column(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm).The wavelength of the UV detector was 254 nm.The mobile phase was mixture of methanol and H2O with volume ratio of 65:35,and flow rate was 0.6 mL/min.Diphenyl carbonate(DPC) and phenol were quantitatively analyzed via external standard method.Correlation coefficients of external standards for DPC and phenol were 0.99966 and 0.99973,respectively.Their relative standard deviations were 2.9% and 1.1%,respectively.Recoveries were 93.8%~105.7% for DPC and 99.3%~104.9% for phenol.
