从链霉菌Streptomyces sp.中分离得到一个新倍半萜caryolane-1,6β-diol（1）和一个geosmin生物合成中间体1α,6β,11-eudesmanetriol（2）,说明了geosmin生物转化途径的顺序,特别是双环合过程先于脱烷基过程。

英文摘要：

One new sesquiterpene was isolated from the fermentation broth of Streptomyces sp.and the structure was elucidated by spectral analysis as caryolane-1,6β-diol（1）.An intermediate 1α,6β,11-eudesmanetriol（2） in the biosynthesis of geosmin was also found in this strain which proved sequence for the reactions,especially bicyclization preceding dealkylation.
