对柔枝松(Pinus flexilis James.)种子进行酶活性变化实验,结果表明,经过人工老化处理,5个柔枝松种源种子胚乳中的APX和PPO活性的初始值都明显比正常种子高,而POD、SOD和CAT的初始活性值下降。种源Rs、Rg和Rl的种子品质较好,种源Rsd的酶活性变化最大。由此可以作为引进柔枝松优良种质资源的依据,同时也为国内林木种子活力的研究提供借鉴。
The study focuses on the variation of enzymes activity in the seeds of Pinus flexilis James during artifical aging. Based on the artificial aging treatment, the initial quantity of APX and PPO in five provenances was bigger than that of normal seed. But POD ,SOD and CAT decreased. The quality of the provenances of Rs, Rg and R1 were much better, and the enzymes activity change of provenance Rsd was the biggest. This study provided a reference for the seed vigor of forest trees.
