本文以桉木未漂浆为原料,初步探索了酸处理对其过氧化氢漂白废液中残余过氧化氢、溶出木素、甲醇、碳酸根以及草酸根含量的影响。结果表明:漂白废液的残余过氧化氢含量随酸预处理pH值的降低而呈指数增加的现象;溶出木素和甲醇的含量随pH值的增大而出现先增大后降低的现象,均在pH值范围为3—4,5时最大,说明较低的酸预处理pH值有利于降低废液的色度及挥发性有机化合物的含量。综合考虑纸浆白度、黏度等指标的变化,本文得出的较佳pH值为3.0左右。
This paper reported an investigation on the effect of acidic pretreatment on the components, i. e. , the dissolved lignin, methanol, carbonate, and oxalate in the effluents of the eucalyptus kraft pulp bleaching with hy- drogen peroxide. The results indicate that the amount of residual hydrogen peroxide in the effluents decreased with the pH value in the acidic pretreatment; the maximum amount of methanol and dissolved lignin were found in the effluents when the pulp was pretreated at pH range from 3-4.5, respectively. However, more carbonate and oxalate were observed in the effluents as the pulp was pretreated at the lower pH values. Comsidering comprehensively the changes of pulp brightness and viscosity,the optimal pH value was about 3.0.
