为了研究索长误差对膜结构初始形态的影响,采用非线性有限元法,通过给索施加温度作用模拟索长的制作误差,对伞形膜结构进行了索长误差敏感性分析,其中初始形态包括初始几何形状、膜面初始预应力、索初始预拉力及初始支座反力。分析结果表明:索长误差绝对值对初始几何形状、初始膜面应力、初始索力及初始支座反力的影响均基本成线性关系,也就是影响敏感度为1。分析结论可以为进一步完善膜结构技术规程中的相关规定提供基础材料和依据。
Based on the nonliner FEM and with the method of imposing temperature on cable to simulate the fabrication error of cable length, the sensitivity analysis for the cable length error of conical membrane structures is carried out so as to study the effect of the cable length error on the initial shape-stress of membrane structures. The initial shape-stress in- cludes initial geometry, initial prestress of membrane element, initial cable pretension and initial support reaction. The results show that the initial geometry, initial prestress of membrane element, initial cable pretension and initial support reaction all vary linearly with the cable length error. The analysis conclusions could provide the basic information and ba- sis to futher perfect the relevant provisions of the technical specification for membrane structures.
