各国规范关于不锈钢螺栓节点设计方法比较

不锈钢材料应用十分广泛,然国内尚未编制相应规范满足其社会发展需求.与此相对,发达国家已有多本不锈钢规范.本文主要将中国规范GB 50017-2003与欧洲规范EN1993-1-4:2006、美国规范SEI/ASCE 08-82:2002、日本不锈钢建筑结构设计标准JIS G4321:2000进行对比分析,内容主要包括连接板的承压承载力、净截面承载力和抗冲切承载力,螺栓的抗剪、摩擦型螺栓的抗拉和抗拉抗剪联合作用承载力.最后通过算例对不同规范进行直观分析.结果表明:欧洲规范最为详细;美国规范整体叙述简便,易于使用;澳大利亚和新西兰规范与美国规范基本相同;日本规范采用两种方法设计,规定较全面;不锈钢螺栓连接的设计计算不能直接采用中国规范GB50017-2003,需进行相关的专门研究.

英文摘要:

Stainless steel materials are widely utilized, however, the corresponding specification is not yet prepared to meet their social development needs, whereas developed countries have more than a code about the stainless steel. This article as a reference quote foreign sepecifications, according to the European code EN1993 -1 -4: 2005, A- merican code SEI/ASCE 08 -82:2002 and Japan stainless steel building structure design standard and GB 50017 - 50017 were analyzed. This contrast includes the bearing capacity, net cross - section and anti - punching capacity of connection plate, the shear capacity, the tensile bearing capacity of the friction bolts connection, and the beanng capacity under combined shear and tension. Finally, through an example to analysis different specification visual. The results showed that: European codes is very detailed, US codes overall narrative is simple and easy to use, the norms of Australia and New Zealand is same as the US norms essentially, Japanese design specification using two methods require more comprehensive, Chinese specifications cannot be directly used for stainless steel bolting design calculation, it is need for specialized research.
