目的:通过以高脂饲料模拟过食肥甘酿生痰湿,观察其对低剂量链脲佐菌素塑造2型糖尿病动物模型的成模情况的影响,为用祛痰除湿法治疗2型糖尿病提供借鉴。方法:12只正常雄性SD大鼠,按体重随机分成痰湿组和对照组。其中痰湿组喂食高脂饲料,对照组喂食普通饲料。4周后,早晨8:00至下午20:00禁食不禁水12 h,称量大鼠体重,测空腹血糖。将链脲佐菌素按30 mg/kg的剂量腹腔注射,连续3 d。于最后1日注射后48 h及72 h测空腹血糖。以空腹血糖≥11.1 mmol/L为该模型糖尿病诊断切点。结果:痰湿组成模率高于对照组。结论:内生痰湿是2型糖尿病发病的重要因素,其能够稳定提高2型糖尿病大鼠造模成模率。适当祛痰除湿,能有效防治2型糖尿病。
Objective: Through simulation with high fat feed overeating fat to produce endogenous phlegm- dampness,to observe high fat feed influence on shaping type 2 diabetes mellitus animal model with low dose of streptozotocin( STZ) and to provide an reference for treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus by removing phlegm and dampness. Methods: Twelve normal male SD rats,according to the weight,were randomly divided into the phlegm- dampness group and the control group. The phlegm- dampness group was fed high fat while the control group ordinary feed. After 4 weeks,from 8: 00 to 20: 00 all rats were fast,but the water was not,we weighed the rats weight and measured fasting blood glucose( FBG). All rats did intraperitoneal injection with streptozotocin by 30 mg / kg for 3 consecutive days. In the last one day after injection of 48 h and 72 h measured fasting blood glucose.FBG≥ 11. 1 mmol / L was to be the diagnosis of tangent point,model of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Results: The model rate of the phlegm- dampness group was higher than that of the control group. Conclusion: Endogenous phlegm- dampness is an important factor in the pathogenesis of type 2 diabetes mellitus,which can stablely increase the model rate of type 2 diabetic millitus rats.Appropriately removing phlegm and dampness is the effective prevention and treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.
