知识转移在产学研合作中发挥着重要的作用。本文运用系统动力学的方法分析产学研合作中知识转移的因果关系,构建了系统动力学模型,通过Vensim PLE软件实现系统仿真,验证了模型的有效性和灵敏度。结果表明,该模型能够较好地拟合实际的产学研合作中知识转移过程,并为相似的知识转移过程提供科学的决策支持。
Knowledge transfer is playing an important role in industry-university-research cooperation. In this paper, system dynamics (SD) method is used to analyze the causality of knowledge transfer in industry-university-research cooperation. Based on the analysis, a system dynamics model is established, and Vensim PLE is also used to test the validation anti sensitivity of the model. Simulation results show that the model could fit well the actual knowledge transfer process in industry-university-research cooperation, and provide scientific supporting for decisions in similar knowledge transfer process.
