【目的】了解花生群体冠层温度分异现象及其生理特性。【方法】应用红外测温仪对豫花9331、豫花9327及鲁花11号花生的冠层温度进行了长期观测,并测定了饱果期花生主茎功能叶片的可溶性蛋白质、可溶性糖、叶绿素含量以及该时期花生荚果的干物质积累量,并对一些农艺性状进行了调查分析。【结果】不同品种花生群体的冠层温度存在着明显的分异现象,鲁花11号、豫花9331持续偏低,豫花9327持续偏高。冠层温度持续偏低的豫花9331、鲁花11号功能叶片可溶性蛋白质、叶绿素含量较高,可溶性糖含量在逆境条件下变化平缓,干物质快速积累期的持续时间较长;相关分析表明,主茎高、分枝数和侧枝长均与冠层温度呈负相关。【结论】冠层温度偏低的花生品种生理活性高于冠层温度偏高的花生品种,且温度型归属与功能叶片生理性状的优劣及植株农艺性状密切相关。
[Objective] The study was to find out canopy temperature difference of peanut and its physiological characteristics. [Method] Infrared radiation thermometer was used to observe the peanut's canopy temperature for a long time, and soluble protein content, soluble sugar content, chlorophyll content of the function leaves of peanut caulis and the rate of dry matter accumulation of legume during filling stage were surveyed. [Result] The results showed that the canopy temperatures of different peanut varieties population were markedly different, Yuhua9331 was persistently low and Yuhua9327 was persistently high. Yuhua9331 and Luhuall having a persistent low canopy temperature were more excellent than Yuhua9327 having a persistent high canopy temperature, showing that their soluble protein content, chlorophyll content were higher,the changes of soluble sugar content were slower and the time of dry matter fast accumulation was longer. The correlation analysis showed that height of caulis, the number of branches,length of lateral branches had negative correlation with canopy temperature. [Conclusion] Those indicated that the physiology activities peanut varieties having persistent low canopy temperature were stronger than those having persistent high canopy temperature,and the temperature type was closely correlated with the physiological characters of foundation leaf and economical characters. It provides the theory foundation for seed breeding and cultivation of peanut.
