生物质生物精炼是替代化石精炼维持社会和化学工业发展的必然趋势。未来生物精炼体系将采用平台精炼方式生产谱系产品,其精炼产品能同时满足社会对能源和化学品的需求。生物精炼主要采用生物转化和化学转化方式进行炼制,化学转化具有更高的可设计性和应用范围。甘油、3-羟基丁内酯、乙酰丙酸、2,5-呋喃二甲酸、葡萄糖二酸及山梨醇是6种主要以化学转化得到的生物精炼平台化学品,给出了它们产品谱系的潜在转化途径,并说明相关转化技术开发关键。要实现化学转化过程的工业应用,仍然需要开发高效的纤维解聚技术、新型转化途径以及高效绿色催化体系。
The replacement of oil refinery with biomass biorefinery is vital for sustaining the growth of the chemical industry and society.Biorefinery will produce production genealogy by platform refining to meet the social needs of energy and chemicals.Chemical conversions as well as bioconversions are two main ways of biorefinery.However,chemical conversion is more designable and adaptable than bioconversion.Six platform chemicals mainly prepared by chemical conversion,Glycerol,3-Hydroxy-butyro lactone,Levuluic acid,2,5-Furandicarboxylic acid,Gluconic acid and Surbitol,are summarized,including potential transformation routes in their production genealogy and the key related technologies.To realize the commercialization of biomass chemical conversion,the development of cost-efficient cellulose depolymerization,new transformation routes and catalyst system are necessary.
