目的:观察伏隔核环磷酸腺苷-蛋白激酶A通路在吗啡犒赏相关学习中的作用。方法:选用SD大鼠伏隔核壳区内注射吗啡所致的条件性位置偏爱模型,用蛋白激酶A的拈抗剂Rp—cAMPS干预,测评大鼠在伴药侧停留时间的变化。结果:蛋白激酶A抑制剂没有阻断吗啡所致的条件性位置偏爱(P〈0.01)。结论:伏隔核环磷酸腺苷-蛋白激酶A通路在吗啡犒赏相关学习中作用相对较小。
Objective: To explore the role of protein kinase A(PKA) pathway in nucleus accumbens(NAc) in morphine reward related learning. Methods: The effect of PKA inhibitor, Rp - cAMPS on morphine produced conditioned place preference (CPP) with a CPP paradigm induced by morphine intra - accumbens injecting. Resu/ts : PKA inhibitor Rp - cAMPS did not block CPP induced by intra- NAc morphine(P 〈0.01 ). Conclusion: The PKA pathway in NAc is less important in morphine reward - related learning.
