蚕豆间作栽培对连作马铃薯根际土壤微生物的影响

为探讨蚕豆间作栽培对连作马铃薯根际土壤微生物群落的影响,采用单因素随机区组设计,对不同连作年限(2年、6年、10年)下单作、间作马铃薯根际土壤微生物群落结构、功能进行了研究.结果表明,马铃薯、蚕豆间作下根际土壤真菌、细菌群落数量减少,真菌、细菌占总群落数量的比值低于单作;但间作栽培影响了土壤微生物功能多样性指数.在连作6年和10年时,间作较单作处理马铃薯根际土壤微生物的香浓指数分别提高了1.11%、8.02%;间作栽培增强了土壤微生物群落对碳源的利用能力,与马铃薯连续2年、10年单作相比,间作蚕豆处理下马铃薯根际土壤微生物群落对多聚化合物、碳水化合物的利用能力显著提升,分别提高了135.65%、8.22%和58.32%、19.62%.T-RFLP分析共检测到土壤细菌14门20纲,间作蚕豆栽培降低了马铃薯根际变形菌纲比例,提高了鞘氨醇菌纲、芽孢杆菌纲比例.随连作年限的增加,间作蚕豆栽培明显改变了连作马铃薯根际土壤微生物群落结构及功能.

In order to reveal the effects of potato/faba bean intercropping on the potato rhizosphere soil microbial community,The single-factor randomized complete block design were selected. The structure and the function of soil microbial communities in rhizosphere soil were studied under the different continuous cropping(2 years, 6 years, 10 years) period of potato monoculture and potato intercropped with faba bean. The result showed that the number of fungus and bacteria communities in rhizosphere soil was decreased after we converted potato continuous cropping to potato and faba bean intercropping system. The diversity index of soil microbial communities were effected under the condition of potato intercropped with faba bean, the Shannon index were increased separately 1.11% and 8.02%,compared with the potato monoculture during continuous cropping for two and ten years. The ability of carbon utilization of soil microbial communities was also enhanced for potato intercropped with faba bean. Compared with potato continuous monoculture cropping for 2 and 10 years, the utilization ability of polymer and carbohydrate by soil microbial communities separately reach to 135.65%, 8.22% and 58.32%, 19.62% for potato intercropped with faba bean. There are 14 plylums, 20 classes of soil bacteria communities according to the result of Terminal restriction fragment length polymorph(T-RFLP), The proportion of β-proteobacteria were decreased, but, the proportion of sphingobacteria and bacilli were increased. So, we get a conclusion that the structure and function of soil microbial community were changed after converting potato continuous monoculture cropping in the long term to potato intercropped with faba bean.
