应用PNH工艺处理低碳氮比的氨氮废水,结合氨氮在线和pH值在线,实现在线监测和自动化控制,简化了废水处理的运行管理。工艺条件:维持好氧池DO浓度在3mg/L以上。运行初期调节好氧池的pH值在7.3~7.6,氨氮负荷控制在0.2kgN/(m3·d)左右,稳定运行期调节pH值在7.2-7.4,逐渐提高负荷。结果显示,PNH运行期间,氨氮负荷逐渐提高至0.501kgN/(m3·d),氨氮转化率在90%以上,出水中亚硝态氮浓度低,氨氮硝化完全,出水水质达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918-2002)中的一级B标准。
The PNH process was used to treat ammonia nitrogen wastewater with a low C/N ratio. The online monitoring and automation control of ammonia nitrogen and pH values were established, and the operation management of wastewater treatment was simplified. Key control parameters were as fol- lows: the dissolved oxygen in aerobic tank was above 3 rag/L; the pH during the start-up period was be- tween 7.3 and 7.6 ; the ammonia nitrogen loading rate was 0.2 kgN/( m3 · d) ; and the pH during the stable running period was between 7.2 and 7.4. The results showed that the ammonia nitrogen loading rate gradually increased to 0.501 kgN/( m3 · d) during the PNH process, the ammonia nitrogen conver- sion rate was more than 90%, and there was a low concentration of nitrite nitrogen in the effluent. Am- monia nitrogen was nitrified completely in the PNH process, and the effluent met the first level B criteria specified in the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant (GB 18918 - 2002).
