目的:探讨南京市老年人健康自评情况的影响因素。方法采用整群抽样法,抽取2013年3—12月在南京市秦淮医院进行健康体检的南京市秦淮区双塘社区老年人1000名。采用自行设计的问卷对其进行调查,内容包括年龄、性别、学历、慢性病患病情况等一般资料和健康自评。共发放问卷1000份,剔除数据填写不完整的34份,最终确定有效问卷966份。结果不同性别、年龄、学历及慢性病患病种类数老年人的健康自评情况比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。患高血压、糖尿病、冠心病、肥胖及卒中的男性老年人健康自评情况与未患该病的男性老年人比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);患高血压、糖尿病、冠心病及白内障的女性老年人健康自评情况与未患该病的女性老年人比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析显示,年龄、高血压、糖尿病、冠心病、卒中及白内障对老年人健康自评情况的影响有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论年龄、高血压、糖尿病、冠心病、卒中及白内障是老年人健康自评情况的影响因素。
Objective To explore the influencing factors for self - rated health status of the elderly in Nanjing. Methods Using cluster sampling method,we enrolled 1 000 elderly people from Shuangtang Community in Qinhuai District who undertook physical examination in Qinhuai Hospital of Nanjing from March to December,2013. We conducted self -designed questionnaire survey on subjects,and the survey content included general data( age,gender,educational level and chronic diseases)and the self - assessment of health. We handed out 1 000 questionnaires and collected 966 effective returned questionnaires after the exclusion of 34 returned questionnaires with incomplete data. Results There was significant difference (P 〈 0. 05)in the self - rated health status among subjects with different genders,ages,educational levels and numbers of chronic diseases. There was significant difference ( P 〈 0. 05 ) in self - rated health status between male subjects with hypertension,diabetes mellitus,coronary disease,obesity and male stroke and male subjects without these diseases;there was significant difference(P 〈 0. 05)in self - rated health status between female subjects with hypertension,diabetes mellitus, coronary diseases and cataract and female subjects without these diseases. The logistic regression analysis showed that age, hypertension,diabetes mellitus,coronary disease,stroke and cataract had significant influence on self - rated health status of subjects(P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion Age,hypertension,diabetes mellitus,coronary disease,stroke and cataract are influencing factors for self - rated health status of the elderly.
