以氰化渣中的重金属铜为主要脱除对象,将机械活化与微生物浸出相结合,通过响应面分析的方法针对影响浸出的各球磨条件——球磨时间、球磨转速、球料比,在单因素实验的基础上,运用Design-Expert软件设计正交球磨浸出实验。分析实验结果,得出结论:影响脱除率的3个因素中球磨时间与球磨转速的作用较为明显,三者对脱除率的影响强度为球磨转速>球磨时间>球料比;同时对脱除情况进行最优化设计,得出修正后的最佳脱除条件为球磨时间2h、球磨转速360r/min、球料比20:1、浸出时间9d、铜脱除率90.41%。
Combining bioleaching and mechanical activation together,it was considered that copper as the main removal object,and used the method of response surface analysis through Design-Expert.The milling conditions were set as milling time,milling speed and ball percentage,on the basis of single factor experiment.Through the analysis of copper removal rate,there comed the conclusion among the three factors which could influence the leaching rate,the milling time and milling speed were much more significant than ball percentage,the strength level of the three factors was milling speed>milling time>ball percentage.It was found that the highest copper extraction arises when the milling time was2h,milling speed was360r/min,ball percentage was20:1,the leaching time was9d,and the removal of copper was90.41%under this condition.
