对小麦粉中的钠元素测定方法进行了研究,试验采用湿法消解和干法消解2种前处理方法,消解后分别采用原子吸收光谱法(AAS)和原子发射光谱法(AES)进行测定。分析比较了2种前处理方法和2种检测方法对钠元素测定的差异,结果显示:2种前处理方法对测定值无显著性差异;在0—10mg/L浓度范围内,使用AAS法标准曲线的相关系数好于AES法。在采用湿法消解时,原子吸收光谱法和原子发射光谱法之间的差异较显著,在使用干法消解时,2种测定方法差异不显著,对于检测结果来说AES法较AAS法测得结果略微偏低,采用湿法消解一原子发射法测定小麦粉中钠元素含量方法精密度高、准确度好。
Sodium has been tested by AAS and AES contained in the wheat flour; ash digestion and wet digestion have been compared at the same time. The results showed that there are no large differences between the two pre -treatments method;at 0 ~ 10 mg/L concentration range of the standard curve by AAS method correlation coeffi- cients is better than AES. While there are significant differences between AAS method and AES method when using the wet digestion ; on the contrary, the two methods have no significant differences when using dry digestion. The result of AAS was slightly lower than that of AES. The wet digestion - AES determination in wheat flour content of sodium method is of high precision, as well as good accuracy.
