由于网络拓扑高度动态变化、带宽资源昂贵等因素,使得MANET组通讯协议研究具有高度挑战性。提出一种层次化并基于路由信息进行跨层优化的组通讯协议HCLP(Hierarchical Cross Layer Protocol)。HCLP综合考虑节点能力和节点之间距离两个因素,形成一个由超级节点和叶子节点组成的应用层覆盖网。超级节点之间用gossip机制、超级节点与叶子节点之间用单播进行数据传输,同时周期性调整和维护覆盖网拓扑。仿真数据验证了HCLP的高可靠、低开销等性能。
The study of group communication in MANET can be challenging due to its highly dynamic topology and limited wireless bandwidth. A hierarchical protocol using cross-layer optimization (HCLP) was proposed for group communication in MANET. It constructs a two-layered overlay topology consisting of super nodes and leaf nodes, by taking into account of the combination of capabilities of heterogeneous nodes and physical hops obtained from routing table. Data dissemination between super nodes is based on gossip, while between physically close super nodes and leaf nodes unicast is used. To adapt to the mobility of mobile nodes, HCLP periodically adjusts its overlay topology according to local routing table. Simulation results demonstrate its high reliability and low bandwidth occupation.
