英文摘要：
In order to carry on scientific evaluation on resource allocation of vocational education within county and city domains, this paper takes full - time vocational education in Taicang as an example and uses DEA model to calculate its effective value, input redundancy and output deficiency, based on which to evaluate the allocation efficiency. Meanwhile, it suggests that Taicang put more efforts on several aspects , such as developing overall resource advantage, optimizing vocational education allocation resources and improving autonomy in school - running.
